Pastor Training Program Course Description The Pastor Training Program is a series of courses designed to assist a priest in the transition from associate to pastor. In the logic of the plan for ongoiong formation for priests, it assumes that a priest has completed three years of ministry and has participated in the Newly-Ordained Program.
