Catherine Sims

The facilitator is Catherine Sims, Pastoral Associate and Director of Faith Formation at St. Joseph Parish in Libertyville, IL.  Over the years Catherine has served the Church ministering in parishes in areas of Parish Pastoral Council formation, adult faith formation, and with all aspects of liturgical ministry.  She also taught theology in Catholic high schools for eleven years. In addition Catherine has served as a Chairperson for the Archdiocesan Leadership Conference, the Vicariate I Parish Life and Ministry Conference and served as the Associate Director of Lay Ministry Formation for the Archdiocese of Chicago.  Catherine holds a Certificate in Liturgy, a Bachelor Degree in Music Education, a Masters in Education and a Master of Divinity Degree. She and her husband Howard live in Mundelein, Illinois.
