The Staff of the Conference Center is composed of different offices to serve your various needs:

The Office of the Director is involved with policy and general administration of the Conference Center.
Office of Event Planning

The Office of Event Planning serves clients "before and after" their events. This includes reservations, planning the event, contracts, rooming lists and menus. The office also handles billing after your event is complete.
Office of Guest Services

The Office of Guest Services serves clients "during" their events. Everything that happens while you are on campus is handled by the Guest Services staff. Any additions or modifications in your programs while you are on campus are done by Guest Services and then handed back to the event planners for proper billing.

The Office of Housekeeping guarantees spotless quality of the sleeping rooms in the South Residence, the meeting rooms in the Conference Hall and the public areas and the Center Chapel. If you have any housekeeping needs, please contact Guest Services.
Office of Computer Services

The Conference Center's computer systems are maintained by the university. A manager is assigned to provide special attention to the Center's needs. This includes the technology used in the meeting rooms as well as the computer room in the South Residence.
